Getting Involved

The year was 2021…

Students returned to campus the Fall of 2021 after the pandemic took them off campus March 2020.

There was a disconnect and the student affairs marketing team was determined to bridge the gap and get in front of students looking for their community on campus.

We knew we had to be relatable, subtle, and creative. We developed a series called ‘Getting Involved’. With this series, we utilized three key phrases to resonate with the student body.

‘Getting involved? Love that for you’

Cross Campus Marketing

UMass Lowell’s campus is divided into 3 campuses: North, South & East. We placed bus shelter inserts at each bus stop on campus. We also incorporated signage in the buses in their advertising spaces.

We collaborated with departments and organizations like Sustainability, Student-Life & Wellbeing, and A.C.E. (Association for Campus Events) to promote the campaign and host events to increase involvement by students.
